Melodie Boone empowers female church leaders who feel isolated and abandoned, go from feeling alone and rejected to gaining clarity of their purpose and rebuilding their self-confidence. As a result, clients feel empowered to lead effectively, assertively, and contribute meaningfully to their churches, communities and families.

She is the Assistant Pastor of St. Mark AME Church, Virginia Beach VA and is a gifted teacher and motivator, she has honed her skills and passion for long range strategic planning, vision casting, ministry programming and leadership development.

A published author, workshop and conference facilitator, Melodie is the host of The Evolution of Me Podcast, where she empowers female Christians leaders to build confidence, find clarity, and embrace the fulness of their God-given potential. She is married to Reverend Tony Boone and they are the proud parents of two sons, Brian and Bryson.
